Our Commitment
At JDF Soccer, we believe that trust, transparency, and accountability are the foundation of effective community service. As a Texas-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we are committed to operating with the highest ethical standards in fund management and board governance.
Our goal is to ensure that every contribution, partnership, and decision advances our charitable mission to expand access to youth soccer in The Woodlands and surrounding communities.

Our Standards
- All funds are managed in accordance with IRS regulations for 501(c)(3) organizations
- Board members complete annual Conflict of Interest disclosures
- Financial summaries are made available to stakeholders
- Sponsorship funds are restricted and tracked per agreement terms
- Regular review of governance policies and procedures
